The main activity of NPP Neftekhimia LLC is polypropylene production. NPP Neftekhimia LLC is a joint venture of Gazpromneft-MNPZ OJSC and SIBUR Holding PJSC.
The Company's target product is polypropylene under TU 2211-001-14596232-2012 and polypropylene labelled with the registered trade mark Rispol® obtained by propylene polymerization in the medium of liquid monomer in the presence of complex organometallic catalysts by Spheripol technology of LyondellBasell.
General design engineer of the complex is Tehnimont, Italy. The offsite facilities tie-in scheme is provided by the Design Institute VNIPINeft (Russia).
The design capacity of the polypropylene production complex is 150,000 tons of polypropylene granules per annum.
