Policies and regulations
The following is prohibited on the premises of the enterprise:
- Concealing information about accidents, fires, incidents, industrial injuries, or violations of process procedures
- Conducting hazardous work without a work permit
- Disabling or tampering with interlocks and other safety devices on operating equipment without the appropriate written permission
- Being on the premises of the enterprise while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxication
- Smoking on the premises of the enterprise outside of designated areas
- Using open flames outside of designated areas, unless otherwise provided for in the work permit
- Performing work without the personal protective equipment issued by the employer and necessary for the safe performance of the work
Employees and visitors at the enterprise Required:
- Accomplish an introductory briefing at the Occupational Health, Safety, Emergencies, and Environmental Protection Department
- Accomplish an initial briefing at the department to which they are being sent
- Follow the instructions of the department manager or accompanying persons
- Use personal protective equipment
- When visiting production facilities, it is necessary to use (where required) the following personal protective equipment: a safety helmet, safety glasses, earmuffs or earplugs, safety shoes, and safety clothing.
Rules for moving around the area:
- When entering and exiting the building, be careful and watch your step to avoid tripping or stumbling.
- When ascending and descending stairs, hold onto the railings.
- Using a mobile (cell) phone is prohibited during Movement along stairs, as well as in control rooms and process plant areas.
- Crossing pipelines is permitted only in areas with walkways. Walking on pipelines is prohibited.
- Walking on unauthorized paths, under overpasses, and in other undesignated areas is prohibited.
