Primary Trade Union Organization
The youth movement at NPP Neftekhimia unites proactive, passionate employees ready to lead the company to new horizons. Its members put forward rationalization proposals, participate in pilot testing of new equipment, and propose digital solutions to improve production efficiency and safety. The company supports these initiatives and provides resources for their implementation.
The youth movement is part of the primary trade union organization at NPP Neftekhimia. Trade union representatives participate in sports tournaments, attend corporate events and family gatherings, receive benefits and vouchers to sanatoriums and children's health camps, and their children receive gifts for the New Year and Knowledge Day.
