Independent Hotline for Ethics and Anti-Fraud, Theft, and Corruption

We would like to draw your attention to a wave of fraudulent activity by individuals who may illegally pose as employees of NPP Neftekhimiya LLC and offer to sell the company's products or purchase equipment, materials, and inventory items under direct supply contracts without competitive procedures or deferred payment. To achieve this, scammers create fake copies of the official website of NPP Neftekhimiya LLC (for example, "https://neftekhimiya.ru/" "https://neftekhimja.ru/"), send falsified statutory documents, and spoof email sender addresses (they impersonate current employees to send spam and subsequent communications).
To protect yourself from scammers, we recommend:
- All phone numbers and email addresses (domain names) from which offers are received on behalf of NPP Neftekhimiya LLC should be verified with the information posted on the company's official website – https://www.neftekhimia.ru/;
- For more information and to ask any questions, please call +7 (495) 287-34-33 and ask the operator to connect you to the sales/purchasing manager with whom you were previously communicating or who initially called with an offer to collaborate.
- Please note that employees of NPP Neftekhimia LLC conduct their business correspondence from email addresses registered in the corporate email domain @neftekhimia.ru. If you notice any discrepancies in the domain name in the correspondence or if you have any other suspicions, please send a request to the email address of the NPP Neftekhimia LLC manager you are working with, or to the email address listed on the official NPP Neftekhimia LLC website. Do not use email addresses and phone numbers provided in the message for verification;
- Do not use email links provided in inquiries you receive, as they may lead to duplicate websites;
- If necessary, request an in-person meeting and negotiations.
If you suspect contact with suspected fraudsters, please send information to the Neftekhimia LLC Security Service hotline at forsb@neftekhimia.ru. This function is part of the Neftekhimia LLC Management Team. Its main responsibilities include: combating fraud by counterparties, fraud, and other abuses by company employees, identifying and preventing theft, ensuring information and personnel security, and securing the facility.
The company operates a hotline and email service. Messages received through these systems are registered, carefully reviewed, and processed.
We would like to draw the attention of our partners to the fact that the Company's Code of Corporate Ethics prohibits "...an employee from involving trusted individuals in the Company's commercial activities for the purpose of obtaining additional benefits, from participating in a company that does business with NPP Neftekhimiya LLC, from receiving material benefits from potential and existing counterparties, or from any personal actions that could negatively impact the interests and effectiveness of the Company."
